Human Resources, Leadership and Management Consultants

John Kempton is a trainer, writer, consultant, lecturer and coach. He has been running JRK Consultants Ltd for 18 years. John specialises in Human Resources and Leadership issues and works for many organisations large and small. From GlaxoSmithKline and Halliburton to the Rainbow Trust charity.

John is also a licensed PAC adviser and assessor for the CIPD and is also a Consultant on the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) register, regularly completing assignments for them.

John was a visiting Lecturer for nearly 10 years for the 'Surrey European Management School' at The University of Surrey and is an Associate Tutor for the Civil Service College (NSG, The National School of Government) in Ascot. He currently teaches for an organisation based in the Middle East and regularly lectures in Dubai and Kuala Lumpur.
