Team Facility

BUILDING NEW TEAMS
When a new project or permanent team is formed it is important to get it right. It is imperative that the team knows what it is for, and what its objectives are. It is useful to think 'what will the team look like when it is up and running'? To help achieve this it is useful to know what each member will be required to do and what is expected of the whole team. It is also important to select the right team members.
